L.E. Geosolutions’ woven geotextiles comprise individual threads (monofilaments, multi-filaments, fibrillated yarns) or slit films and tapes, woven together on a loom apparatus. These products provide dimensional stability and enhanced load distribution.

Woven geotextiles typically hold a higher strength to weight ratio compared with non-woven products. In addition, they maintain slower drainage characteristics due to their smaller opening sizes. They are therefore less likely to be used in applications where high filtration and drainage are of primary concern.
